Norda Salchow Norda, our head teacher and manager, has been with us for nearly 30 years now. Next to her duties as teacher, she coordinates the cooperation between the youth welfare office, the day care center and our sponsoring association. She manages the team and runs the school children project. 
Tanja Francois Tanja, our deputy manager, has been a state-approved educator since 2012 and began her time at the Rappelkiste with an internship. The promotion of movement during balance training, forest days and gymnastics is particularly important to her. 
Janine Cisse Janine has been a state-approved educator since 2006 and has been part of the Rappelkiste team since 2009. She always has new ideas for creative work, is an integral part of helping the children getting used to the water during the weekly swim and likes to read stories to the kids. 
Nancy Krombach Nancy has been a state-approved educator since 1998 when she interned with us and returned as part of the Rappelkiste team in 2015 after working with school children for many years. She initiated a weekly cooking and baking activity and is an integral part of the children's musical education. 
Britta Steinebach Britta has been a state-approved educator since 2015 and has been part of the Rappelkiste team since then. With her, a dog project became a regular activity once a year as she owns dogs that are certified for this purpose. She is also a certified life guard and enjoys the musical education. |
